No shrinking violets here...

Aren't they pretty?

It's been a very cold, blustery winter,
but my little violets have blossomed,
bringing some Spring into my haven.
I love them dearly.

Violets were my sweet mother's favorite flower.

“Surely as cometh the Winter,
I know there are Spring violets under the snow.”

Thanks for coming by and leaving a comment about my blog book. The publisher is Shared Book. Spring is no where near here, we got 3 more inches of snow yesterday.

They are beautiful for sure. So dainty.
I am longing for spring and summer to plant, grow, pick, and smell flowers again. It has been to long of a winter.
