California Pinks

Before beginning our long, long journey to Australia, we spent a night and day in California. We visited Santa Monica and found some pinks there! Lucious pink flowers on a wall near Santa Monica Pier.
See the pinks on the beach at Santa Monica?
More pink flowers there.
A pink store on 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica.
Pinks in the windows of the pink store.

See, I was thinking of you while I was away, Beverly!

Edited to add a Pink Saturday recipe:
Peasant Style spaghetti
From Valentino's in Santa Monica

from Wikia.com

Welcome back, Deborah. And, Happy Pink Saturday. I was thinking of you, too. I missed seeing your sweet face.

Since I started Pink Saturday, I see pink everywhere. It turns up in the most unexpected places.

Those flowers are stunning, and pink umbrellas. How fun!

Good morning Deborah. The pink visits are getting ahead of me. sigh. Your photos are so pink and pretty. Lucky you to be in Santa Monica. I love the store. You were definitely thinking pink.

I am getting a little time on the computer because my cousin is staying in the cabin. They don't come over to the house until late morning. They are not a bit about computers. They are my age and have never owned one. I feel bad when I am on the computer when they are here. sigh. I have even feigned a nap so I could go in my room and get on the computer. LOL

Have a wonderful day.

Hugs...Jeanne
