~Heavenly Pinks~

"Pink clouds cross blue skies
Crystal diamonds light the way
Sight delights my soul"

~Deborah aka Miss Bee~

January of 2011 found me in Virginia
visiting my daughter and her family.
Do I need to tell you that it snowed while I was there?

One late afternoon I stepped outside, with camera in hand, to take some snapshots of the snow still on the ground.

What caught my eye was a most awesome sky.

Pink clouds gently rolled overhead like
pink fairy floss suspended in a sky of blue.

I watched as the sun set and the colors deepened.
It's not often that I get the see pink clouds in an open setting such as it was that evening.
At home, we are under a canopy of trees
and don't often see the late day sky.

HAPPY PINK SATURDAY TO YOU ALL!

If you love pink, you are so going to enjoy visiting all the ladies who have opened up their blogs to you today. They are waiting with open arms. Don't forget to leave a sweet comment to let them know you were there!

I love pink sunsets, but like you, I don't see many unless I'm out, because of all the trees around me! It's always such a thrill when I catch one!
Happy Pink Saturday,

Beautiful skies! and I am sure a very wonderful visit!
...& just wanted to pop back to say...I went to be sure I was "following" your blog...and yes! I already am. I went to look back and see when. and I counted from the first followers to my profile pic and I was follower #54 :o)
I am adding your blog to my sidebar, so that I can keep better track of you - as it is now, with my work schedule, I barely manage one post a week, then get to my return visits to those that leave comments, with a wee bit of time to try to catch up on others.

Blessings & Aloha!
