~ Join a Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in your community.

~Volunteer or Contribute to aid research.

~Click to give.

~Early detection with mammograms, self exams and clinical breast exams.

~Make good lifestyle choices
Decrease your daily fat intake.

Increase fiber in your diet.

Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.

Limit alcohol.

Stay active.

Don't smoke.

~Become educated. Knowledge is power!

I have never seen such a pretty pink cookie container. I just made the boys some hot choc. and brought them a bag of cookies...now they drank out of all my PINK mugs...but having a beautiful tin might make me bake cookies instead of buying them lol

Many thanks for this wonderful and informative PINK post, Deborah. I think most of us know someone fighting this terrible disease. My very best friend lost a breast to it but she is cancer free right now. Thanks again.
